Acidic CellulaseProduct features:
The product can rapidly fade the surface of fabrics, produce a unique texture, and remove fuzz and balls on fabric surface. It can partially or completely replace pumices during denim processing. The product offers medium back-staining. The cellulase process greatly reduces the labor cost and equipment wearing, shortens the process time, reduces wastewater effluent and there better for the environment
Application conditions:
Dose: 1.2-2.5% (volume of enzyme/weight of treated fabrics, based on the treated material or adjusted according specific requirements)
Liquid to good ratio: 5-15L/kg treated material
Process temperature: 45-55°C
Process time: 30-60min
Liquid pH: 4.5-5.0
Storage:
The product should be kept in cold, dark and dry environment with temperature below 25°C without direct sunlight. The product is guaranteed to retain the specified level of activity for 6 months when kept under 25°C in the original sealed containers
